I tried without succes to join Library Succes. They succeeded in blocking me. However the LIS Wiki is truly open and I was able to add a bibliographic reference to the article on Library of Congress subject headings. And it felt good, too! http://liswiki.org/wiki/Library_of_Congress_Subject_Headings
